3.3. Additional fees may apply for rush orders, customizations, or special requests.

4. Production and Delivery

4.1. Standard production and delivery timelines are 45-60 days. Rush orders (30 days) are available for an additional fee.

4.2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5.2. For eligible returns, items must be unused and in their original condition.

5.3. Refunds will be processed upon approval.
